At 1 euro per night OR 5 euros per week (save 2 euro) OR 22 euros per calendar month (save 8/9 euros), you can rest easy knowing your caravan is safe.

Caravans can be stored for any period but after September they can not be moved until April due to there being no hard standings. Although our site is manned throughout the year, all caravans must have their own insurance in place, and must be presented at start of storage.

Then this could be the answer for you. The accommodation on offer is a Swift Cornishe 2 berth caravan.
The caravans are fully equipped. All you have to bring is your own bedding or we can supply bedding for a small weekly fee.
Our family run site has showers, toilets and undercover washing up area, washing machine and kichen, consisting of gas hob, gas oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster with seating area with table and benches and is a great base for seeing the Normandy area.

Cabin
We have a cabin with two fixed twin beds complete with bedding and towels available with tea and coffee making facilities. You also have a roof terrace with stunning views over the countryside, ideal for your evening drink.

LA PORTE now boasts a CAMPING RURAL site which consists of 5 pitches with electric hook ups, each with unspoilt views of the French country side and lots of space to relax.
Prices start at 10 euros per night for tents, including showers, toilets, kitchen area and washing up area. 15 euros per night for electric hookup.
The price for caravans is 15 euros per night for electric hookup.
There are no facilities for chemical waste disposal on site except if you use "green waste disposal products". There are facilities in neighbouring towns.
We have listened to our clients over the past year and have made the decision to avoid hard standings as this was thought to detract from the 
untouched country feel of our site, but this action means that we have had to alter our opening times accordingly ie we now have no vehicular movement's from November to April.
Camping and Breakfast
Camping and Breakfast C&B alongside our B&B
We surveyed a cross section of our campers last season who all agreed that whilst they obviously enjoyed the whole experience of bbq and eating in their vans & tents the worst meal to prepare was a cooked breakfast for many reasons but mainly because it took most of the morning to prepare, cook, eat and wash up.
So we have come up with a solution, between 8am & 10am you are invited to join our bed and breakfast clients in our large conservatory, and we will cook it for you, giving you time to go sightseeing and getting on with your holiday, we charge 7.50 euros per person and if you eat with us for the duration of your stay ( 7 days or more) your last breakfast is free.
The Breakfast consists of:
Cereal, fruit juice, followed by bacon, eggs, sausage, mushrooms/beans, tomatoes, toast, marmalade, jam, coffee and tea.
We ask campers to order their breakfast the night before to avoid disapointment.
So here's to C&B (camping & breakfast) a brand new venture for us. We are also introducing a coin operated washing machine this year due to several enquiries last season.
